This housing replaces the third brake light on a 5th Gen 4Runner and holds the SS10 in its place. The light sits high and centered, tight to the spoiler, with nothing hanging off the rack, ladder, or hatch. It uses the factory mounting points, so there is no drilling and no cutting.

About the light
This housing is built for the Diode Dynamics SS10 LED Chase Light, a 3-in-1 unit combining an amber chase light with 20 programmable strobe patterns, a red brake light with SafetyStrobe modes, and a high-output white reverse light. It's IP69K rated and made in the USA.

Install
The housing itself is two screws and roughly 90 minutes with basic hand tools. Wiring depends on which functions you want and how your truck is already set up, so the installation guide covers the routing we used on our own 4Runner and points you to Diode Dynamics' wiring documentation for the light. Lifetime warranty
Every housing is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If it fails under normal use because of a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace it at no cost. Coverage applies to the original purchaser and does not cover the Diode Dynamics SS10, which carries its own warranty. Full terms are in the installation guide.
